7 dos and donts for fat loss

1. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday
2.Eat foods that high in complex carbohydrates and fibre
3.Ensure enough protein consumption
4.Go for diet that is low in saturated fat and cholesterol
5.Avoid processed food
6.Lower salt intake
(especially canned food!)
7.Don't indulge in fast food
(Maybe restrict yourself eat food fast once a month)

  1. After reading the 7 Dos and Donts, i guess they are generally advices not only for fat loss, but for a healthy body. It is so important to know what we are eating and to make sure that they are nutritious. For example,eating fast food shows that a lack in nutrients such as minerals and vitamins and it does not benefit our health at all.High amount of sodium in a fast food meal can harm our health and lead to heath- related disease. Therefore, eating right ultimately help to maintain healthy bodies and does not necessarily be targeted for people to lose weight.
